Can we pause or cancel?
Yes — the fortnightly plan is flexible. You can pause or cancel anytime with 7 days' notice, and pause for up to two weeks while keeping your piano. For longer breaks, your teacher simply collects it until you're ready to return.
What kind of piano do you provide?
Every student receives a full-size 88-key weighted electric piano — the same size and feel as an acoustic instrument. It's perfect for beginners through to advanced players and includes a stand and pedal.
Who are the teachers?
All Unlock Piano teachers are talented musicians and WWCC-verified. We hand-select each teacher not only for their skill but for their ability to make lessons engaging, structured, and motivating for every student.
What age can my child start?
Most children begin between ages 4 and 7, but we tailor lessons to ability — not age. Our teachers are experienced with both complete beginners and older learners returning to piano.
Do we keep the piano forever?
The piano is included for as long as you're taking lessons. If you stop, your teacher collects it after your final paid lesson. You can also purchase your piano at a discounted price if you'd like to keep it.
Do you offer adult lessons too?
Yes — many of our students are adults who've always wanted to learn. The same teacher-delivered program applies — we bring the piano and adapt lessons to your goals.
